It’s a two-day countdown to my Christmas special video and I know my fans have lots of questions about it and about how to become a superstar actor. First, I have to tell you, it’s not for everyone. Acting is very demanding. Our recent shoot lasted 10 grueling hours. Here are some of the activities I had to endure.
For one, I had to do a bunch of tricks to earn treats (most of which was my regular kibble!). I think I ate enough for full day and a half! Do I look fat to you?
Then I had to chew on at least 2 or 3 bully sticks. They kept changing the bully sticks out. I’m not sure why.
I also had to eat cat food out the cat bowl.
Then, one of my biggest scenes was called the Carrot massacre. To get into the mood, I first started by practicing on baby carrots.
Then, when I was warmed up and confident, I tackled the bigger carrots.
Just so you know, I don’t have anything against carrots specifically. If it’s in the script, I will also massacre eggplants and tomatoes.
Phoebe the rabbit knew that this was a tough scene for me. So, here she’s helping me rehearse.
BTW. Dante was a real prima donna. He basically just sleeps and eats and doesn’t do anything useful. But he loves to be the center of attention, so you’d think he’d be good in his appearance. But on the day of shooting, he got cold feet.
First, he wouldn't leave his dressing room for his ONE scene.
Then, during the scene, he stormed off. I think he was jealous that I stole the scene. Oh well.
Overall, my fans have been great. Phoebe adores me, but Dante’s still kinda mad for some reason.
I have a feeling that my “sister,” Lucy, might be a little bit peeved when she sees it too. Well, that’s the price of stardom!
