Speaking Engagements: Details on Lecture Topics, Fees and How to Book Dr. Yin

Note: Dr. Yin is booked through 2012 but is accepting speaking requests for 2013 now.

Booking Process Overview:

  1. Check the speaking fees and booking details.
  2. Check the upcoming speaking engagements calendar for conflicts with your dates of interest. Also consider a few dates or times of year you may be interested in hosting a seminar. At this point you can email us to confirm availabilities but we will have you then continue with the rest of the booking process before we can reserve a spot.
  3. Species: What species are you interested in having me talk about? Dog? Cat? Cross-species? Horse?
  4. Read through the choosing lecture topics for help determining which combination of topics or workshops might best fit your needs.
  5. Check the list topics and descriptions.
  6. Look at the examples of topic combinations Dr. Yin has given at conference with multiple speakers, at seminars where she in the only speaker, and for in-house veterinary school/hospital/shelter seminars, to see if any are similar to what you might want.
  7. Fill out the booking form and send the form along with your request for availability to info@drsophiayin.com. Note that you can also check for availabilities first and contact us to confirm availabilities and then fill out the form. Dates are confirmed after the booking form is in, topics and schedules are decided on, and a contract is signed. It’s best to follow-up quickly as availabilities may change. Please note that bookings may need to be made 7-12 months in advance.
